Issue 38: Paying Attention (10th Anniversary)

In our 10th anniversary issue, we're exploring what it means to notice ourselves and our world—to be playfully curious, to say yes to wonder, slowing down, asking questions, paying attention, and telling stories. 

 This special issue is a celebration of attentive presence and of Ruminate's first ten years serving our community. It features past favorite contributors, notes from our readers on choosing attentiveness over efficiency or productivity, and notes from the Ruminate staff and contributors on paying attention and slowing down. 

Together in this issue, we are moving toward Mary Oliver's words from her poem, "Sometimes":
