You Me & Apollo – Cards With Cheats

There can be preconceived notions of an album based on how it gets to us. Who recommends it to us. Who asks us to listen to it as a favor. Who gives it to us as a gift.

Having those notions blown by the wayside can be a pleasant surprise or a surprise letdown. When those notions are blown completely out of the stratosphere…well that’s another thing altogether.

What Gigi Gave Me

My daily life is full of activities around the written word. In my professional work, I spend most of my time writing grant applications. In my mommy work, I spend ample time helping my children spell, make out words, reading (books, signs, movie credits), and taking trips to the library. I end most of my days with reading.
